Disclaimer

  • This report was prepared for fun and games.

  • The Trail Leader (Anthony) gave me a direct order to prepare this report.

  • The only thing you should take seriously from this report is where I thanked everybody for the spectacular day we had Off Roading.

  • If I missed someone or something, I’m sorry.

  • I want to start by thanking Anthony

  • Trever, Bobby, Brian, Matt, Tom, Bill and Joe, For a spectacular day of Off Roading.

Map

  • Not so good, it has no compass. (we could not orientate ourselves).

  • The map was written in a different Language. (l personally read and write 3 different languages and none of them worked)

  • The colors are all wrong (I could not hear them well) P.S. I did not know where I was all day

Leadership

Anthony.

Trail leader was great (adequate) and helped everyone and everywhere. He wasn’t afraid of getting dirty and showing the group how to handle the situation. (Get shit done)

Winching

Everywhere and all day, we deployed 8 different tree savers, 6 different steel shackles, 4 different soft shackles and multiple brands of winches. (All worked well at different times of the day)

Malfunctions

Multiple.

As a group we repaired 2 tire beads ,1 spare tire replaced, 1 extraction of a valve stem cap from inside a valve stem using dental picks and our teeth. (You had to be there to understand). 1 battery moved multiple times, 1 power steering hose , 1 license plate bracket and tail light, multiple body panels alterations (all colors all sizes)

Equipment Deployed

Multiple Hi-lift jacks ,Hi-lift tire apparatus, Hi-lift footing devices, ratcheting straps, jack stands, bottle jacks, impact wrenches, tree savers, (we saved many trees multiple times) steel shackles, soft shackles, various other tools and tricks of the trade.

Notes

We had a great f#%king weekend. Thanks again, to all who made this possible. Thanks to the trail leaders on Friday and Sunday. Thanks for the breakfast both days and thanks for setting up Saturday evening dinner.
